We meet twice a month, and three times during certain months. We play the courses our members have voted for: Las Colinas, Lo Romero, La Finca, Roda, Campoamor & Vistabella.
After the golf, on return to the Stray Sod, a prize giving takes place followed by a meal!

Welcome to Stray Sod Green Fees
Opening its doors in 2016 in the La Fuente Commercial Centre near Villamartin on the Costa Blanca, Stray Sod Green Fees was created to meet the growing demand for quality golfing services in the area—and to complement the successful, family-run Stray Sod Bar and Restaurant just downstairs.
Managed for many years by Aisling Whelehan, whose 15+ years of customer service experience across Europe and Asia helped build our reputation for friendly, reliable golf holidays, Stray Sod Green Fees quickly became known for the best-value Stay & Play packages on the Costa Blanca, plus discounted green fees in Spain, Tenerife, Portugal, and Gran Canaria.
In 2025, I (Rachel Whelehan—Aisling’s sister-in-law) was proud to take over the business, carrying on our family tradition of great service and unbeatable value. Our strong links with top golf courses mean we can arrange packages for everyone from casual players to seasoned golfers. You’ll also find competitively priced club hire and a great selection of golf apparel, footwear, and accessories in the shop.

THE GOLF SHOP
The shop is located upstairs from The Stray Sod Irish Bar in La Fuente Commercial Center near to Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Las Colinas and Campoamor golf courses on the Costa Blanca. Other attractions nearby are Villamartin Plaza and La Zenia Boulevard.
